How do I get my donation of a bicycle or instrument to you?

We will schedule a date and time to pick it up from you! If you live outside of our service area, and you are willing to make the drive to one of our service partners, we will provide you with instructions for a drop-off location.

Do you give multiple bikes and instruments to schools, clubs or groups?

While we have individual recipients in mind, we may consider donating to youth groups or schools, if our resources can meet the needs. Contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

There is more than one child in my family. Can I request more than one item?

Yes. Tell us about your needs, and we’ll do our best to help.

Do I have to give the bike or instrument back?

We hope the bike or instrument brings joy and creates memories for life. But if the item is no longer being used, we would like it back so we can bring happiness to another child.  Let us know, and we’ll arrange pickup at no cost to you.

Can I trade in the bike or instrument I received from you, for a different bike of instrument?

Yes! Just let us know what you’re looking for. We’ll set up a swap for you.
